  1. What is your approach to helping employee’s grow?  Our team of experienced coaches (not counsellors) uses an internally collaborative, data-driven approach to guide employees in setting their goals and owning their journey.  

  2. What is the difference between coaching and counselling?  Our short descriptive is – coaching propels you to move forward from where you are; counselling helps you understand and heal from where you have been.   

  3. How many employees do I need to have to use this program?  The Employee Growth Program is designed for organizations of 20 - 2000 employees. 

  4. Do you work individually or with groups?  Yes!  Options include Individual (in person or virtual), Teams (2-5 people) or Groups (workshops, team building) 

  5. Are the conversations confidential?  Information shared is confidential unless required by law to report and/or based on contractual agreements signed by employee and employer.
