How many employees do I need to have to use this program? The Employee Growth Program is designed for organizations of 20 - 2000 employees.

Do you work individually or with groups? Yes! Options include Individual (in person or virtual), Teams (2-5 people) or Groups (workshops, team building)

Are the conversations confidential? Information shared is confidential unless required by law to report and/or based on contractual agreements signed by employee and employer.
